This privacy policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit the Finzano marketing website at finzano.com. It concerns this website only. The self-hosted Finzano application that you run on your own server, and the separate public demo instance, are covered in the note under “Live demo” below.
1. Controller
The party responsible for data processing on this website is:
Yunus Inal
Stettiner Str. 41
35410 Hungen
Germany
Phone: +49 151 18443941
Email: info@inal-it.de
The controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (“Hetzner”). When you visit the site, Hetzner processes technical connection data on our behalf. Hetzner’s servers are located exclusively within the European Union (Germany and Finland).
The use of Hetzner is based on our legitimate interest in a reliable and secure provision of our website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with Hetzner.
3. Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:
- anonymized or shortened IP address
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- date and time of the server request
This data is not merged with other data sources and is not used to identify you personally. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the security of our website. The log data is stored only for as long as necessary for these purposes and is then deleted.
4. Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website does not use cookies, no analytics or tracking services, no advertising networks, and no third-party social media plugins. No usage profiles are created and no consent banner is required, because no non-essential data is processed in your browser.
5. Fonts
This website uses only the fonts already installed on your device (system fonts). No web fonts are loaded from external providers such as Google Fonts, so no data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
6. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the information you provide (including your email address and the content of your message) will be stored by us in order to process your request and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. We delete this data once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention periods apply.
7. Live demo
This website links to a separate public demo instance of the Finzano application at demo.finzano.com. That instance is a distinct service: any data you enter there is used solely to demonstrate the application and is reset (deleted) automatically on a daily basis. Please do not enter real personal or financial data into the demo.
8. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix and the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
- right to withdraw consent at any time with future effect (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in section 1.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for the controller is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Wiesbaden.
